Offshore virus spammers get nailed
The ClickZ blog reports that the feds teamed up with their counterparts from Turkey and Morocco to nail the guys responsible for those gems of virus spam: Zotob and Mytob.
Having spent a gruesome ten days recently deleting emails with infected zip files attached to them -- about 200 per day -- all I have to say is, "Yay! You go, guys!"
Maybe if this sort of thing happens more often, these malicious coders will find better outlets for their talents. And for their frustrations, for that matter!
