Anne Ramstetter Wenzel is the founder and principal partner of Econosystems.com Her professional memberships include the National Association for Business Economics, the National Association of Entrepreneurial Parents and the Menlo Park (California) Chamber of Commerce. She is an economist and established business writer who provides her clients with high quality and effective economics research, market research and business writing services.

Prior to founding Econosystems in April 1999, Ms. Wenzel worked for 14 years as economist for the Chemical Economics Handbook Program at SRI Consulting (Menlo Park, CA), and four years as a credit authorizer and supervisor in the Divisional Credit Department of Macy's California (San Francisco, CA). She has a B.A. in Economics from San Francisco State University, and will obtain her Master of Arts in Economics, with an emphasis in Environmental Economics, in May 2002.

Ms. Wenzel has authored a variety of reports such as, The Economic Environment of the Chemical Industry, The Paper and Allied Products Industry, S02 Emissions Trading: An Incentives Based Environmental Policy, Market Research for the Skeptical Home Business Owner, E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: From Cyberspace to Your Front Door, International Labor Cost Comparisons and The Global Internet Market. She is also the editor of Small and Home Business Market Monthly, an e-zine that reports on economic developments that will impact small businesses, hot or rapidly growing markets, and marketing techniques used successfully by small business owners.

Ms. Wenzel lives in Menlo Park, CA, with her husband, son and dog Marcella. She also enjoys visits from her stepsons and college-aged daughter. "My daughter is quite proud of the fact that I'm running my own business. My goal is to continue to be a good role model for her, and I never discourage her from pursuing her own dreams."
